I'm Talha Arshad. I run marketing for an Amazon FBA operation working across the UK and EU marketplaces — the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. Day to day that means listing optimization, ad strategy, product launches, and creator partnerships, inside live accounts with real money on the line.

That's the difference I lead with. Most people offering Amazon "services" are advising from the outside — they've read about it, maybe managed a few accounts loosely. I've been the person responsible for the number at the bottom of the page, week after week, across five marketplaces. When I tell you a campaign structure is wrong, it's because I've run the wrong version and fixed it.

The EU edge

Most of the strong Amazon talent online is US-focused. If you're a US seller, that's fine — the fundamentals transfer. But if you're expanding into Europe, the operational reality of five marketplaces, localization, and cross-border logistics is where generic advice falls apart. That's the part I actually know.
